POISON FOODS

Did you know that foods we eat are what make up our body’s composition?  Your eyes, your kidneys, heart, lungs, everything in our body is created from what we put in our mouths.  Foods also supply our energy and aid in our immune system function.  What foods do you think will make your immune system fight off colds or flu’s better?  Diet soda and French fries or a serving of broccoli?  Would you rather your heart be made with an apple or a doughnut?

In these cases, common sense dictates the answer.  However, the following is a list of some products many of us often eat that without knowing they are toxic to our body:  aspartame, saccharine, splenda, MSG, Hydrogenated vegetable proteins, deep fried foods, refined flour, salt and sugar.  Try to eat as many different fresh vegetables and fruits as you can each week, your body will thank you for it.  For more information, visit my website http://www.thevitaminpros.com/ .
